CM Rawat pays tributes to Sardar Patel

Dehradun (DIPR)Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat has paid tributes to India’s first Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel on his birth anniversary. In his message on the occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the maker of modern India, Sardar Patel played an important role in maintaining the unity and integrity of the country. He said that Sardar Patel’s farsightedness and diplomacy played an important role in making the golden, unified and grand country which we witness today. He further said that we should take inspiration from him and move forward while the youth should also seek inspiration from the ideals of Sardar Patel and contribute towards the overall development of the country.

Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the day also inspires to dedicate ourselves towards nation building. He said that ‘Iron Man’ Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel who unified the country is being honoured truly for the first time in independent India. The highest statue of the world ‘Statue of Unity’ is not only gratitude of the country towards Sardar Patel but a symbol of unity and integrity of Hindustan.
