Dehradun 19 July, 2018-Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat reviewed the progress of development works of all the assembly constituencies of Nainital district through video conferencing at Secretariat on Thursday. In-charge Minister Nainital Mr. Madan Kaushik, MLA Kaladungi Mr. Banshidhar Bhagat, MLA Ramnagar Mr. Dewan Singh Bisht, MLA Nainital Mr. Sanjeev Arya, MLA Bhimtal Mr. Ram Singh Kaira, MLA Lalkuan Mr. Navin Chandra Dumka, Chief Secretary Mr. Utpal Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Om Prakash, Principal Secretary Mr. Anand Bardhan, Secretary Mr. Amit Singh Negi and senior officials of the administration were present in the meeting. It was informed in the meeting that total 66 announcements were made for all the assembly constituencies of Nainital district from March 18, 2017 to July 18, 2018 by the Chief Minister. Out of total of 66 announcements, as many as 30 have been completed and the proceedings on 30 are under progress.
Lalkuan: While expressing his dismay over the delay in implementing the announcement and slow progress pertaining to the construction of mini stadium in the name of Shaheed Mohan Nath Goswami in Bindukhata of Lalkuan, Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra directed the concerned officers to ensure the work is done in a speedy manner. In this regard, it was informed by officials of the Youth Welfare Department that land has been made available for construction of mini stadium in Bindukhata and proceedings for the financial and administrative approval are on.
Bhimtal: During the review of the development works of the Bhimtal area, Chief Minister made it clear that the officials should consider the announcement as an order and any negligence in implementation of the announcement would not be tolerated. It was informed in the meeting that a provision of Rs. 3.5 crores has been made by the School Education Department regarding the announcement to increase the grant amount from Rs. 3 crores to Rs. 5 crores annually to the Sainik School Ghorakhal in the Bhimtal area by the State Government. The remaining Rs 1.5 crore rupees will be arranged through the first supplementary demand. Taking the issue of the delay in the increased amount of food allowance (Rs 17.50 to Rs 36) of the students of Uttarakhand in Sainik School Ghorakhal seriously, the Chief Minister rebuked the officials of the education department for their negligence and issued instructions to resolve the matter soon. Chief Minister instructed that in order to start computer education in Government Inter College, Okhlakanda, Bhimtal and for the widening of the 8 km road from Shaheed Indra Singh Bargali to Khansyut motor road, the GO should be issued within a week. On the request of Bhimtal MLA, Chief Minister instructed the Chief Secretary to send a letter to BSNL to complete the process of establishing mobile tower in Okhlakanda.
Nainital: On the delay in the project of the construction of multi-story parking in Nainital, Chief Minister issued orders for a probe into the matter by third party. Chief Minister said that the negligence of officials will not be tolerated. Chief Minister while expressing his displeasure, asked the officers that regarding various schemes, why there is delay in submitting proposals from the districts.
Haldwani: It was informed by the officials that the estimation has been received for the beautification of the water mill of Haldwani Damuadhunga and GO will be issued within 15 days. At the cost of Rs. 321 lakh, the proceedings are on for the widening of the road, parking and beautification in front of Dr. Sushila Tiwari Government Hospital. Proposal has been received in connection with the construction of Haldwani Jail Roundabout and Musical Fountain at a cost of Rs. 64.95 lakh and GO will be issued within 15 days. GO has been issued pertaining to the appointment of District Level Nodal Officer for the soldiers working in Haldwani.
Kaladungi: Expressing dissatisfaction over the high cost and poor quality of construction of overhead water tank in Kaladungi, the Chief Minister told the Secretary Peyjal that the matter should be taken seriously by the concerned officials and it should be thoroughly investigated. Under the Development Block Kotbagh in Kaladungi, under the Pabalgarh Rural Water Project, proceedings for tendering for the renovation of drinking water line of Pabalgarh and Manakanthpur and the expansion of drinking water line from the main source to the water tank are underway. Proceedings are on for the expansion of the overhead tanks and drinking water pipe lines in Chandrapur of Gram Sabha Ratanpur. Five hand pumps will be installed in various villages in the Ramnagar branch, which are lacking water facility within a week. Proceedings for the tube well and construction of over head water tank and drinking water line in Sai Vihar of village Lohariasaal, construction of electric crematorium Chitrashala Ghat Ranibagh and introducing agriculture in Kotbagh College are on. Renovation work of the inner roads of Chandnichek Ghurdaura, Kishanpur, Ghurdaura and Haripur Jamansingh has been completed.
Ramnagar: It was informed that construction of embankment of Ramnagar Pampapuri-Bharatpuri, flood control work in Teda will be completed by October. For the restoration of the Ramnagar College, the DPR will be ready within a week. Proceedings are on for improving the arrangements at the Ramdutt Joshi Joint Hospital and construction of wall toilet at Ramnagar College. The DPR related to the construction of multi-storey parking on empty land of Ramnagar old Tehsil will be ready within a month. Estimation has been received regarding the construction of Bus Stand in Ramnagar and the proceedings are on.
देहरादून 19 जुलाई, 2018-मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने गुरूवार को सचिवालय से वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जनपद नैनीताल के सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के विकास कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। बैठक में प्रभारी मंत्री नैनीताल श्री मदन कौशिक, विधायक कालाढूंगी श्री बंशीधर भगत, विधायक रामनगर श्री दीवान सिंह बिष्ट, विधायक नैनीताल श्री संजीव आर्य, विधायक भीमताल श्री राम सिंह कैड़ा, विधायक लालकुआं श्री नवीन चन्द्र दुम्का, मुख्य सचिव श्री उत्पल कुमार सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री ओम प्रकाश, प्रमुख सचिव श्री आन्नदबर्द्धन, सचिव श्री अमित सिंह नेगी सहित शासन प्रशासन के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा 18 मार्च 2017 से 18 जुलाई 2018 तक नैनीताल जिले की सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के लिए कुल 66 घोषणाएं की गई। कुल 66 घोषणाओं में से 30 घोषणाएं पूर्ण हो चुकी है तथा 30 घोषणाओं पर कार्यवाही गतिमान है।
